Ex-NYPD Officer Accused Of Drugging, Raping Woman
A retired New York City policeman has been accused of drugging a woman in a Bronx bar and then raping her in a Westchester County motel. Police in Greenburgh say 46-year-old Jose Arroyo is charged with second-degree kidnapping and first-degree rape and has been sent to the Westchester County Jail.
