Feds Charge 3 NYers In Election Bias Attacks
The FBI says three New York teenagers face civil rights charges in connection with election night racial violence in which attackers shouted "Obama." The three youths are in custody and are expected to be arraigned in Brooklyn federal court on Wednesday.
