A Manhattan judge says he intends to dismiss disorderly conduct charges filed against Sean Bell's fiancee who was arrested while protesting his fatal shooting by police officers. Three detectives were acquitted in connection with the 50-bullet volley that killed the 23-year-old Bell and wounded two of his friends early Nov. 25, 2006, the day of Bell's wedding.
