Weezer lead singer Rivers Cuomo is still in the hospital after their tour bus crashed off the highway when hitting a patch of ice. His injuries included a punctured lung and damage to his spleen!

According to Weezer's website, Cuomo "went from being barely able to talk and open his eyes yesterday to partially sitting up, talking clearly, reading books and checking the internet."

His blood pressure is now stable, his spleen is "no longer leaking" and his lung is healing as well.

If he is able to stand up he could be leaving the hospital "pretty soon."

Ouch!
