It wasn't rain, but lots of ice that was creating problems to the north and west of New York City on Wednesday. In Rockland County, CBS 2's Magee Hickey found the icy conditions had turned the Cherry Lane School parking lot in Suffern into a virtual skating rink. And from walking to driving, in Westchester County, freezing rain forced drivers to take it slow on the roads in Cortlandt Manor. In Orange County, CBS 2's Tony Aiello found conditions on the road were just as treacherous.
